What am I doing wrong?

I am trying to create a macro for a double-click event on a subform. Where when I double click a record on that subform it opens another form to a record with corresponding information.

What exactly I need is:

Double-click a record on the [Correspondence Subform]
Open the [Client_Info] form to the record with the same [Company_Name] as the record double-clicked

Attached is what I had so far but it just keeps opening the [Client_Info] form to the first record.

Hopefully this makes sense. I know it can be done as I've done similar before but for the life of me cannot recreate what I did.

I'd say using a macro is the error you are making. Then, my guess is your WHERE condition should have single quotes around the CompanyName value you are using.

This is pretty simple to do wtih straight VBA. Use a DoCmd.OpenForm call (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/office/ff820845(v=office.15).aspx). One line of code--VBA is much better than a macro.
