Going to install access 2007 runtime and I need to what is the latest version

The latest version is actually the Access 2010 Runtime.

The initial release of Access 2010 runtime was in October of 2010 (as per the link in the post above) however a service pack (Access 2010 Runtime SP1) was released in June 2011 that included updates up to and including April 2011. You can get the service pack at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2460015
