What is up with using the & symbol

I need to use the & symbol in a couple places in my Report since its part of my companies name. However i notice it doesnt show up. If i typ && it shows up as a single & but only the first time. Anyone know why?

"&" is a special Access character. In order to have it show you need to include 2 of them each time. Sorry, that's just the way it is.
