whats a good tool for reverse-engineering Access Project

I'm working on a project that was developed 2 years ago and has had some mod done to it a year ago but there is no documentation or anything on how it's designed to work. I was wonder if anyone here knows a useful too to help me get a overview of the project something that would show what commands the buttons use and what the actions that they do
