We used to be able to post the videos from twitter through the media option so it would show like

There has been no change to the Xenforo software used on this site, or the backend settings.

Soon, I will be upgrading the Xenforo software, but I am waiting for the final release version to be available. That upgrade might break all sorts of stuff. I don't know what until I try it.

The old urls had twitter.com in the path and they still work. The new urls have x.com in the path.

I think Elon broke it and the forum software is not set to allow media from x.com.

I think it began happening around the beginning of this month.

You could always click Share on X and perhaps try that pasted straight into the post, without using the link option on this site.
