When child form is brought in parent form gives error

hello friends wish you all are happy and healthy!!!!
Dear friends i have a problem in form creation
i have two forms one is group form which is the parent form and woman form which is the child form when i enter data in these child and parent forms individually there is no error but when i bring child form i.e woman as a sub form in group form then after adding data in group form and coming to child form to add the members (women) then in section address in the fields (province, district) it gives error which says enter parameter value for forms!woman!province field, ofcourse the three combo box province,district and villages are connected with each other for filtering purposes so please tell my errors and for ur more information i have attached the database in this thread post

Problem is you referring to a sub form as if it is a main form, (you have to include the main form which is "Group".
So the row source for the control "DistrictSubDistrict" is as follow:

SELECT optDistricts.DIST_34_ID, optDistricts.DIST_34_NA FROM optDistricts WHERE (((optDistricts.PROV_34_ID)=[Forms]![Group]![Woman]![Province]));
