When date is entered auto populate another date field.

I have two fields Date Received and Target Date. When I enter a date received I would like target date to auto populate the date 5 days from the date that was entered into date received.

If I change the date received I would like target date to change also to 5 days from the date that was entered into date received.

If I delete the date in date received I want the date in the target date field to become blank.
Target date will be based on business days so I would like to know how to do the request above based on business days.
