Hey there. Sorry for the stupid question, but where can I get excel (or whole office) for free?
P.S. Don't offer Microsoft official version (I don't have money for that)

I think that, as a community, AWF steers clear of offering advice or support on things like that.

However, licenses for Office (older versions - and not even very old at all, and 100% adequate, like 2007), are extremely cheap. I think I paid less than $50 for my last Office 2007 license. It may have even been < 30.

thank you for the advice. I will check this out

@The_Doc_Man @jdraw is there any rule against me providing the website that I used to get inexpensive (but actual) Office license?

@Isaac
Personally I don't think you should provide the site whether or not its genuine software. The OP can easily search for him/her self

@mariopepper
You can use the free online versions of Excel/Word/PowerPoint/OneNote that are available from Microsoft.
These contain most of the functionality of the full versions of each app.

There is also a chance to get something like LibreOffice free or darned cheap. If it is non-commercial, I think it IS free.

As to the @Isaac question - we sometimes offer links for very rare products, but in general we try to not advertise someone else's web site to often.

If you are concerned about the price, try LibreOffice. Its free. Based on your question, you would want CALC which works just like excel and is excel compatible. The office suite LibreOffice provides is Windows compatible.

go to Torrent sites. there are lots of Pre-activated and kms activated.

Actually isladogs gave the answer regarding free office apps. Yes they are a lightweight version, but they work similar to Google sheets.
