Where is the form?

Hey all,
I have a database that auto launches a form called MAIN MENU.
ie
In tools/startup/Display Form/Page
MAIN MENU is what is typed there.

When I go to the forms tab and the pages tab, there is no MAIN MENU form or page. What is happening behind the scenes? I need to see what the code in this 'main menu' is doing (it needs revision) but I can't find it.

Any clues out there?
