Last week I updated my Office 365 2013 to 2016.
Have not done much so far but it looks very similar. Most obvious difference is when the ribbon is collapsed...the colour.
Like 2013 it runs complex .mdb files without any issues.
it seems to me that MS is trying to get as many people as possible onto the same version of Windows and same version of MS Office.
As a side not I have converted 3 Toshibas from 8.1 to W10. All seems well, although a few bugs with Edge and also MAIL. However, I have noticed changes in the W10 come as upgrades occur. For example, MAIL now looks completely different.
As a side note I have been involved with a few people converting from 7 and 8.1 to W10 and my suggestion to anyone doing the change is to do a full reformat/reinstall of 7 or 8.1 before doing the W10 conversion.
