Is there anyway to tell who is linked to your database and what tables they are linking to?

You can read the .ldb file but it will not tell you which tables they are using.
It sometime gives duff information with refrence to how they left the DB.

I prefer to create my own table and add users when they open up the DB and delete them when they leave, I also capture the machine name and windows logon name for this.
