why cant i post in half the forums, i get fatal errors??

At home I use Firefox 3.6.2 (I think). I can post but then the page doesn't reload correctly after the post is complete. Doesn't seem to matter where I post, as an original or as a reply. I'll play with it a little bit tonight.
I've noticed that has been an ongoing issue. It's not your browser
