Width of forms

Hello

Very simple problem. I have a form in design view and I can see that it is only 10cm wide. However, when I open it in form view the grey screen goes on all the way to the end of the screen. How do I change the properties so that it only shows what I want it to. I have tried going into the width properties of the form in design mode and it says the width is 9.98 cm - so why does it look wider than this in form view?

Set its PopUp property to Yes.

Thanks for 2nd option, but when I am in form view I can see the size to fit option in the window menu but it is greyed out. If I go back into design view the size to fit option disappears??

So how do I un-maxmisie it so that it only shows the form as it looks in design view?
