Wierd word Issue

I have a user who has Windows 7, and used Word 2010.

When she types an outline or uses the bullets and numbering feature, Word wont auto inddent for her.

any help would be great.

Have her turn on the bullets and then go up to the styles group. Right click on the style that is currently highlighted and select "Modify Style." You can change any of the formatting in the this style and save it. My guess is that someone removed the indentation on this style and saved over the original copy of the style.
