will references work on every computer?

I have designed some forms and DB in Access 2003.
There is plenty of VBA code in there and some of it relies on the:
Microsoft Office 11.0 library
Microsoft Excel 11.0 object library

Is this compiled with this Access DB so that it will work if users have older versions of Access or Excel.

And will it it work with users who have current versions of ACcess/Excel (2003) but haven't got the correct references on their system ?

Hi Qwerty,

While there is some "backwards" compatability from Access 2003 to Access2002, when it comes to references, you need to have the references available for that particular version of office. How far back are you going when you say "older versions"? Prior to Office 2002?

Possibly but no earlier than Office 2000
