I have a client who e-mails confirmations to clients at the end of each day. The confirms are printed in Access from a report based on a query, and added to the Winfax queue, where they fax all of them out at the end of the day. Nothing has ever gone wrong, but today Winfax sent out 576 confirms to the same company. All of the trades sent to them were from the beginning of the year and were just pulled out of the table, so the received confirms for other clients.
In my code, I make sure that only one confirm appears on the report by adding:
DoCmd.OpenReport stDocName, acPreview, , "DealID=" & Me.DealID
Any ideas on what happened? Like I said, it has never happened before today.
