I have a query with a closed date field. I want to set the criteria to show me all the records where 'closed' is equal any date within the last 30 days.

I'm guessing this has been answered before, but my search of the forum didn't find anything; and Access help is next to useless.:o

Criteria: In Closed Date fld
Date()-30

Someone else told me
>Now()-30

Is there a different between Now() and Date()?

Date() returns only the current date, whilst Now() returns the current time (HH:MM:SS) as well as the current date. Using Now() can makes it difficult to to compare dates if you are not also interested in the time.
