i've a question.

is there a way to associate a word document to a table entry?

i would like to create a database of microsoft word files where you can search for a certain keyword that is linked to a word document. is there a way to do this?

it wouldnt be pretty, but sure - make the field to be the link to the word doc a hyper link.

If you are on a network you will need the full path to the document

ie \\servername\folder1\folder2\/documentname.doc

Thats what it will look like in the field too...
