Word product catalog from Access data

I would like to make a Word product catalog from product data stored in an Access 2007 database. How do I make the connection with the text data and how do I make the images display in the word document with the attribute right aligned and anchored with the text paragraph (how to set the Word attributes for the images)? See image below.

Either from Word you would use Mail Merge or from Access in Reports same thing.
