Working with Sub-Forms

I have a subform, that I would like to automatically size to the amount of records it is displaying. When I set the [Can Grow] & [Can Shrink] options to 'Yes' for the sub-form, it does not have any affect on viewing the form, but will affect the printing of the form.

Any suggestions????

Can grown/shrink only works with reports.

Addjust your subform "Height" programmatically. This creates the additional problem of adjusting other controls just below your subform.

I suggest using a vertical scroll bar on the subform to see all data; it's invisible when not required.

The navigation controls on subform tells how many records are there, i.e. how far to vertically scroll and/or navigate.
