hy for all..
when open my db for default open form 'main menu' , i add vba code vba for no visible ribbon
is possible when open db minimize workspace and see only my form...

Try next:
In your MDB window, click on Tools, Starup, deselect "Display Database Window", in the "Display Form/Page" put the name of your MainForm.
You cen enter in the MDB window with SHIFT button (on the keyboard).
