Would like to jump to a record.

Hello to the forum,
got a question...How do you set up a form that will accept key data and return the record (jump to it) on enter rather than adding or modifying a record? Right now I have to scroll through the records until I get to the record I want to view.

The way I get a record that I want instead of scrolling through them all is setting up a listbox or a combo box, and whatever value is selected in the combo box or list box will come up. This can be done really easily by using the combo box wizard or list box wizard and choosing the option "Find the Record on my form based on the value in the combo box" or "Find the Record on my form based on the value in the list box." Then when I choose the record in the combo box or list box, all the data for that record comes on the screen.
