XML Import/Export Access 2003

When I import an XML File, I get these Tables
1. BSR
2. Sender
3. DateTime
4 Operamt
5. FOB
6. FTTerm
7. plus 16 others.

I can update the files in access, but when I get ready to export to XML, how can I put the all the files back in the same order?
