Yes/No Check Box

I am building a query to give me only records where a check box is checked.

I am using a form to have users update records. When the rocord is complete and closed I am having them click the check box. I will use the check box in a report and form that will only show when the record is complete (box checked).

Any ideas????

in your query under the field for the check box criteria type =no or =yes. seem to work for me. it will only show unticked or ticked records
