Hi I am new to using Microsoft Access and am having problems with creating SQL query using the yes/no field. e.g. list of people who have not paid their subs :--

SELECT managersname,team,fullname,address,telephoneno,subspaid
FROM Players
WHERE managersname="Joe Bloggs" AND subspaid="No";

Using the above example it does not work.

Any help in solving this problem would be much appreciated !!

HAPPY CHRISTMAS !!!!!

Hi

Subspaid is a Yes/No field not a Text field so it will never equal the text string "No".

This is what you want...

SELECT managersname,team,fullname,address,telephoneno,sub
spaid
FROM Players
WHERE managersname="Joe Bloggs" AND subspaid=No;
