You can't go to the specifed record

Dear all,

I am experiencing a weird problem.

I have populated my database and I have created a form which was working very well until I had a new tab. This new tab displays some information from a another table. now when i'm going on my previous tab my navigation buttons don't work anymore. I have the following error message "You can't go the te specified record"

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
