Hi. I know, sounds cheap. Just budget restrictions.

Does anyone know of a datbase already populated so that I can link a Zip Code field on a form and upon entering a code, the City and State fields on my form would be filled-in?

Thanks.

Hi Russ,

As far as I know the answer to your question is no. I work on international contact dbs and would love to get hold of such a thing for free but nobody will put the amount of time and effort into doing something that big for nothing.

You can purchase a license for PAF (Postal Address Files) from different sources. We currently use a company called QAS. They provide a completely integrated solution with screens or an API. This cost about £3,500 and annual updates of about £1,500.

I know this is not the answer you where looking for but I hope it helps.

Why not just post the link. That way people will be able to check for updates.

Here you go, Pat and others.
I found this file at the following site which has a lot of other great items on it.
www.granite.ab.ca/accsmstr.htm

it's mentioned as link in the section there of My Access Info Page
Then look for US Zip Codes
