Access doesn't create .EXE files, though you might create either a .MDE or .ACCDE file under some circumstances. Those files, if they contain tables, could in theory retain the entered data. Whether it would be displayed in the future would depend on the app. But since the point of an Access file is data management, let's say you couldn't rule out later data visibility. If the .MDE/.ACCDE file stores the data in a back-end file (split database case) then the entered data would only be visible in the back-end, whatever it is. There are too many "ifs, ands, and buts" in this answer to give you a definitive response without a better description of what bothers you.
