User security (1 Viewer)

Hi -

I've just gone through the User Security Wizard in Access 2007 and it seems to work well; however I have a couple other concers.

Can I disable the ribbon and remove the objects navigator on the right hand side for certain users? I know they need to add data to the tables but I want to make it so they can only do it via forms.

On this topic, is there a way to have the database open up and look like a separate progam, not like a program running in access.
