hi guys,

could someone tell how I can add / show a new combo box to a form after the first one has been fill in?

What I mean is I have for example

a 'line' on a product form with

cbo1, txt1, txt2

Once the users fills in data in these controls then another set of the same controls should appear beneath it until the users indicates (by aa button for example ) that they have finnished entering products.

Not sure if I have explained this very well but hopefully someone understands what I mean!!

Many thanks for any advice you can offer

What you need is a sub form within a main form and the subform is set to continious view, and make sure allow additions.

.....

dear,
Yes, But can you please guide me in details..... how that subform will pick up the data from main form, and will go to the next record?

If your table relationships are set up properly and you follow the Sub-form creation wizard this will all be done automagically.
