list with inputfield

If it returns False then it is not a List box. It is a Combo box.

In the code, change acListBox to acComboBox and tell us the result.

Oke, sorry for the wrong translation. But in the combobox I can type in words also.
This combobox is linked to a table. How can I automaticly add new words to this table?

easiest way to test between combo and list is to type in the search string. UJsing the combo is uses autofill whereas a listbox takes you to the first occurance of the letter in the list.

That's a good one.

I would have thought the easiest way to know what control it is is by looking at the Caption of the Property Sheet.

Thx, but I know the difference, but my translation isn't that good ^^

By caption I don't mean the Caption property by the Title Bar of the Property Sheet. But since he's using a different language it's worth checking in code.

Like I suggested earlier screen dumps would resolve the issue

Bring up the properties box of the control then press Alt-PrtSc.
Then open up Paint and press Ctrl-V to paste.
Save the file
Then use the paperclip to attach the image to a new post.

Here it is

It's a pity that Namliam (Mailman) has not been on board, being from the Nederalnds so to speak.

SeanD have you got it to work as you intend?

One thing I'v noticed is that in the property for NotInList or Bij Niet in lijst is not set to [Event Procedure] or [gebeurtenisprocedure].

You have to link a code to it's event for it to run.

Yes I did before, but it wouldn't work, so I deleted it again :)
