Contacts from Access to Outlook

Is there a way to make a Contacts database integrate with MS Outlook so that when records are changed in the database they automatically update the contact cards in Outlook?

But bellemmar WHY?

Outlook is a database of emails, appointments, contacts etc that has a great timer and email client attached to it.

Instead of reinventing a contacts database try to work with it. Your database need only have some unique identifer to the Outlook Contacts so you can get the full details of a contact from Outlook when you need to.
