No data query...

How do I create a query for no data.

In the attached database, tblImportedData does not contain any data for the following countries

ID CountryName
11 MICRONESIA
22 COOK ISLANDS
25 TUVALU
29 EAST TIMOR
30 ISRAEL
34 JORDAN
35 SWEDEN
36 ITALY
37 CYPRUS
39 EGYPT
40 IRAQ
41 AUSTRALIA
43 KUWAIT
44 NETHERLANDS

I want a query to list the countries with no data.
