Hello. I was hoping someone would know how to make it so only one (01) on/off control in a form can be set to -1. I have five (05) of these fields in my form for answers to select in a survey I am giving. (Answer1, Answer2 ....) See that attached form. I wish it would work so that If one is selected the others turn off, or possibly an error message indicating more than 1 was selected etc..
Once that is figured out, I also want to be able to give each answer a value (1 thru 5) and have that value placed in another field 'ValueOfAnswer' . Thanks so much to anyone that can help me.
