Dear mates,

I spent several hours but looks like I can't pop up a message in a form when the cursor pointer is on a specific object. Focus of cursor maybe somewhere else, but when I move the cursor with mouse and it reaches to a specific object, I want the object to display a message. I couldn't do it.

Much appreciate your advise?

Thanks,
Dhamdard

What Object is that? have you check on Control Tip Text property?

I have added buttons to each province on a map. ControlTip Tex only displays a message that we type but it doesn't run a macro or VBA code, right? What I want is that when my cursor passes over a button on the map, a message box should appear and when the cursor leaves the area of the message then the message should disappear.

Thanks,
Dhamdard

You still need to use the Control Tip Text Dad. It's a property of a control so you can run code behind the scenes and change the text to what you want it to be. It's the same as changing the Value of a textbox, it's a property.

MouseMove did what I wanted to do. Thanks, mate.
