Online Private Quiz

Anyone know of a site that allows you to construct a quiz online, multi choice. But preferably can be set to be private only to be viewed by myself as a learning tool?

Oh preferably free.

If not I'll do it in access probably.

For people who don't know.
google forms is a free tool in google apps. You can create questionnaires, surveys or maybe a quiz. The answers are uploaded to a google spreadsheet within your google drive in real time. Its getting quite popular.
