Hi

How can I get my expressions to fire in real time as data is inputted into fields?

Currently the results do not display unless I refresh or save.

Thank you

use timer event of your form or on change event of your control.

Thank you for your input.

I'm a bit of an Access novice. Could you tell me how to do this?

edit your form.
on the property sheet->event->timer interval = 60000 (1 minute interval)
click on the ellipse on the OnTimer event and choose Code Builder.

Private Sub Form_Timer
' kill the timer
Me.TimerInterval = 0
' refresh the form
Me.Refresh
' Re-instate timer (1 minute = 60000 millisecs)
Me.TimerInterval = 60000
End Sub

Thank you. That worked perfectly.
