When i enter data on my form it calculates everything perfect, i click Save, click close the form, and when i come back, certain data disappears. i am unsure why i have made a new save button and also saved manual way ( rather than use my own made button.)

I've attached images of what exactly goes missing, I'm unsure why these fields disappear after i save.

You tell Access which field you want the data saved in with the Control Source property of the textbox. If it's empty, Access doesn't know where to save it, so it can't.

The form is a window to the table. If you want those saved, put the appropriate field name in the Control Source property.

Hello,
Thank you i will give this a go now!

When it tells me to add
Private Sub Quantity_AfterUpdate() Me.Fee = Round(Me.Quantity * Me.UnitPrice * 0.1, 2) End Sub

Do i copy this exact, or will i change some information?

What error(s) did you get exactly? That looks about right for the code. The "Fee" control can't have a formula in it.
