make a query some particular fields

sorry for bothering you always.the query, mask and all running perfectly.
now I need,

01. As I said earlier, I want to apply commision percentage to every single customer. (like 25%,20%, 0%...etc) so is there any possibility we can add this values to the query? or we can make a new particular form or can we add another field to existing data entry form. like this picture.(refer pic 01)

02. secondly, I want to run below reports using a mask(form) which you created for me. if cannot run all 4 reports using one mask(form) we can use 4 different forms. which way is more better. I tried to make a new query and run these reports but it is more complicated for me as always.

I assume you are a busy person. if you don't have much time to look up this matter kindly let me know the steps to go forward. hope you will help me this time also.

Note: in report 04, I need to calculate total tours I don't have any idea how to do that.

only managed to create 1 report.
but still it does not fit in an a4 size
paper. you have to adjust and remove
some fields.

i made a query, qryReport4.
use this as the datasource for Report4.

other reports are just listing, so
i think you can managed that. they are
same as report 1.

i wasn't able to get my day off and was
called to work today. sorry.

i add field to DiscoverMessinaCustomerT,
presentage for the percentage. it is double type
and on display as percentage.
also i change some of your field to numeric and
you must. it would be easy to calculate on these
fields now.

i was busy with my other works so I couldn't send any replies to you. the database is working so perfectly. thank you very much. your codes are perfect.I hope this post will helpful for those who search the same matter.

I have a new suggestion to do this database which is, can I add a reminder base on data field ( to do task message ) to the, QuadroGeneraleDiPrenotazioneF form or any other place (I suggested this form because its opens automatically when database open).

the message should appear 3 days before the date in the database

Ex: if I enter date as 20/12/2017 the popup should appear automatically on 17/12/2017 saying "the Records shown require action today"

hi,
I would like to focus on data (date) field. this date is always a future date. when a customer book a tour, user enter details according to the customer said.

my opinion is when the user enters the date if we can create another field in "QuadroGeneraleDiPrenotazioneF form" as END DATE or DUE DATE(booking date -3) and this field should fill by the system automatically and will pop up 3day before the date which user entered.

as an example let say there is a customer who books a tour of 31/12/2017
user enter details accordingly and 27/12/2017 this above details should be auto pop up automatically by the system saying that "the Records have shown require action today" (or any other message)

I think now you can get an idea.
