You do realize that this profession is in danger of being banned by A.O.C. and her "Green new deal" because it is not a zero-emission industry! I would also hate to be the one working out what carbon credits are required for this service.

It's not entirely inaccurate, right? What with the cattle farming gases aspect and all...

Actually, if we are talking methane as a greenhouse gas, the biggest source is TERMITE farts. Livestock is a contributor and so is mankind. The latter particularly true on Mondays in New Orleans, which is traditionally "red beans and rice with sausage" day.

And yes, I have been known to indulge in that particular meal now and then.
