Apparently quite hard given past candidates like George W Bush (Bush II), Hillary Clinton, Donald Trump, Richard Nixon, Bill Clinton, and a bucketful of other flawed candidates.

In hopes of brevity, I may have shortened that. And I did NOT say "politics" in my statement of their being extreme. In fact, it is a mixed bag of what is extreme for each of them.

Bernie's politics are extreme. He is a dyed-in-the-wool Robin Hood - take from the rich, give to the poor. He will do his damnedest to redistribute wealth. And if he does, he kills the entrepreneurial spirit that drives this country. So his politics ARE extreme.

For Joe Biden, it isn't his politics as much as he himself that is so corrupt as to be extreme. He and his son took the government of the Ukraine down to bankruptcy. When a Ukrainian prosecutor started to investigate Hunter Biden, Joe arranged for that person to be reassigned. When they were finished doing what they were doing, the Ukraine had the U.S. equivalent of about $8000 in a treasury for a country of 40 million people. THAT is what I call extreme. My source on the aftermath was a CBS news interview with a high-ranking Ukrainian Treasury employee who named names and gave detailed amounts. Of course, it was all done through shadow companies so it would be harder to trace.

And let's not forget that "Poppa Joe" likes touchie-feelie moments with teen-aged girls. Or at least that seems to be when I'm seeing in news stories. I consider that extreme, too. The MeToo movement might have a field day with him. For "the Donald" that ship has already sailed. It did no good last election and to pull it up this time would be indicative of true desperation.

The Dems were saying they believe Kavanaugh's accuser, despite numerous flaws in the evidence, the fact that the people she said were there have no recollection and that, retrospectively, her own lawyer was heard saying Joe vs Wade was something to do with it too. Yet in Biden's case, you can see his physicality with all and sundry. And the accusers mother referenced it way back when it supposedly happened. Now I am not saying he is guilty or innocent. I am merely pointing out the hypocrisy from the media in saying one is so believable and the other doesn't even get airtime, to speak of. Look at 24/7 coverage on CNN of Trump-Russia collusion, for which there was none. Then you get virtually nothing (probably), on Biden's case.

With the Kavanaugh case, can you show me any evidence at all? I see little difference between the cases, but the Dems were all in on Kavanaugh's guilt. Yet with their double-standards, they just want to sweep away the Biden issue.

People are fed-up, this is how you wind up with a cartoon character as President.

Frustration means eventually people will try anything.
 
The problem with Kavenaugh case was the limits placed on the FBI to investigate by the WH. Many alleged witnesses were never interviewed even though they came forward. The opposition to kavenaugh was not limited to the assault allegations although those recieved the most press.

I'm not arguing about media bias, I'm looking at the facts as they are currently known. Obviously each side wants to spin them their way.
The Times, AP, and many other papers are reporting the same info as the article I posted.

btw, I'm not looking at this from a political view. I've investigated well over 500 S.A. cases over 40 years and IMO the story as it stands today would not hold up.
 
Would anyone be surprised to learn some school districts in California are run on a 80/20 budget? 80% for salaries and pensions and 20% for the little darlings.

Same formula for other state and city agency's like police / fire. Although your experience may vary.

To be honest I'd have to review the facts as they're not fresh in my mind. If i recall correctly she did appear to be a credible witness as she told a consistant story including admitting to not recalling many details. From a legal standpoint I dont think it would go forward.

In my view, that was not the problem with the case. The idea from the Democrats was to keep Kavenaugh out, so they would never be happy no matter what happened. Look at Schiff and Russia collusion. The Muller report comes out and they still say they want to continue investigating. Several witnesses came up. The ones the accuser said were at the party, including her friend, said they have zero recollection. There was an accuser who said Kavanaugh was going to parties where there were regular gang rapes and that he tried to drug her or intoxicate her, something like that. After questioning, she admitted he was just standing by the punch bowl! Besides, why would you keep going to a party as a woman if there were gang rapes there?

Is a witness credible if they have no evidence? She said she knows nothing about lie detector tests, yet a witness said she coached her on how to pass one. She kept changing the year and approximate time of year of the incident. She cannot recall where it took place. She said there were 4 people in the room when she was assaulted, according to her therapists notes, but later said 2. There are tons of other things wrong with her testimony.

That was a letter from her ex-boyfriend who said he witnessed ford explain to her friend what to expect in a lie detector test that fords friend was going to take for an FBI job.
Ford passed the polygraph she took about the allegations.
