I guess you didn't see the GPS trails or the same person on video going back to the drop box multiple times during the night. OK, we didn't see the ballots he was depositing. Does that mean someone back at the DNC wasn't filling out ballots illegally for him to deposit? How many did he fill out himself? Why was each trip to deposit multiple ballots? Where was he getting the ballots from given the GPS tracking had him going back to the DNC headquarters?

Don't believe you lyin' eyes:) And don't ask ANY questions you do not want to know the answer to:) Keep that COVID mask up over your eyes. It does more good there than over your mouth and nose. But you probably think masks are also effective against virus'.

The Republicans in office are feckless pieces of dog do. They are the reason this country is in the state it is in because they are too afraid of being called names by the left.

I spent my formative years thinking I was a Democrat. Then I realized it was my money and the Republicans were giving it aways as fast as the Democrats.
I couldn't agree more with the last 2 sentences, except I don't think they are afraid of being called names by the left. I started to leave the Republican side when Newt Gingrich and Karl Rove went Nuts. It's been downhill ever since. This is just opinion, but it seems to me that the right wants government by the minority, which appears to be them. Consider this, 3 people in the USA control more money than the bottom 50% does ( Gates, Buffet and Bezos.)
Also, in my opinion, there is way too much money in politics, and that is the most corrupting element. Members of the House and Senate spend most of their time raising money, not governing. And the acting that goes on is to please their base.

The problem with the left is they HATE this country and are outright trying to destroy it. So on once side we have the destroyers and on the other we have the cowards. All of them have ONE objective - POWER. How they use it is different, that's all.

That depends on how you count the votes in 2020:) You should go find a map of the counties in the US and just look at the map without any state lines. The country is almost totally red. But here and there are splotches of blue. SF, LA, Chicago, DC, Miami, Atlanta, Dallas. A big blob for the NY metro area and smaller blue blobs for some medium sized cities. But it is only the cities where the left has support because that is where the 47% live.

Are you saying that these people are Republicans? You would be very wrong. They are as liberal as it gets. Doesn't stop the Democrats from telling the 47% who don't pay income tax that if only the government can take more money from those guys, all of our problems will be solved. Of course the fact that it is Congress who writes the tax laws doesn't seem to enter into the equation. You can ALWAYS get more money from the wealthy by simply eliminating the deductions that Congress added to the tax code that are there to specifically help the wealthy and going to a flat tax or even a steeply graduated tax with NO deductions. However, that means that some of the 47% will also have to pay taxes and there is a lot more of the teat suckers than there are billionaires and those are the ones who vote for the people who promise them stuff. Like paying off their college debt. Of course the people who will be paying off the debt of the doctors and lawyers and engineers are the clerks and tradespeople who did not go to college because they couldn't afford it. As well as stupid people like my daughter and myself who helped the twins with tuition. The girls worked two jobs - a winter job and a summer job for 8 years so they would have money to contribute to college. They worked from the time they were 16 and saved their money. So, that just makes us the stupid people because we aren't going to get any of that money back.

I wa thinking more of this one.

Where the point is clearer. the 47% live in the big cities and along the left coast.

If I inferred they were Republicans, I didn't mean to. I just wanted to mention disparity in wealth. The former Presidents tax cut helped them out, in my opinion. But simply taxing the rich would not balance the budget, it would help a bit. I did some looking and found this bit on the number of people that don't pay income tax. It's seems that the number is dropping as we exit the covid years.

As for college debt, I don't think the solution is to sumarialy eliminate it, that's not particularly fair. The problem that has to addressed is the uncontrolled rate at which tuition has grown and is growing. Forgiving the debt is like going to a dermatologist to treat chicken pox. It's the
wrong solution.

Except when you look at it by population

Kinda shows the disparity between the popular vote and the Electoral College vote. Why does Wyoming have 2 senators, which equates to one per inhabitant.

The former Presidents tax cut helped them out
Trump's tax cut helped EVERYBODY out. That was it's point. If you pay more in taxes then you are helped at the SAME RATE as everyone else. You just get "more" dollars back.
But simply taxing the rich would not balance the budget
That is not what the President and his minions the press imply.
it would help a bit
Only if the preferential deductions are eliminated.

That is EXACTLY the problem that no one is addressing. It is similar to the extradentary rise in the cost of health care. People with insurance don't care because they are not paying.

My granddaughter attended the same college as my daughter and graduated a year ago. My daughter's tuition in 1986 was $1500 per semester. My granddaughter's was $15,000 per semester. According to the inflation calculator, my granddaughter's tuition should have been ~ $2500 per semester. Talk about excess inflation.

That is a false equivalency, and a deflection. That's like saying that we know Joe robbed a bank, but look at all the other crooks, they may have robbed a bank too , so Joe is really not that bad.
I disagree with this oft-quoted thing.

In fact, many potential "wrongs" in our society ARE, in fact, judged by how common they are.

If you had a group of people on an island, and everyone was committing a certain crime every day for 10 years, and nobody ever prosecuted any of it but actually accepted and promoted it - but then one day, you woke up, and one person who committed that crime was prosecuted, everyone would clearly see that something was desperately wrong, and wonder why that person was singled out.

People want parity in prosecution and punishment.

Also, comparing how many people do something can even help determine whether it was really wrong in the eyes of the law.

The difference in your analogy, too, is that nobody robbed a bank. Rather, a media company did what all media companies do every day: Talk about, and host people who talk about, things, some percentage of which are completely BS. But they do it anyway, that's news these days.

IF it actually were a crime, and if it were true that this wasn't the first case ever to prosecute, that might be different - but that's not the case, and comparing Fox with other media companies who do the same thing every day all year, definitely does help to clarify that picture.

It's not two wrongs make a right, it's if only one wrong is ever prosecuted, that calls into question the actual nature of the thing, as well as the motives of the "prosecutor".

Trump's tax cut helped the rich way more than the average or poor. Trump was quoted, at a MaraLago event attend by the rich right after the tax cut "Now you're really rich'". I looked this up:

High-Income Earners

When the TCJA was proposed, the independent tax policy nonprofit Tax Foundation found that those who earn more than 95% of the rest of the population would enjoy a 2.2% increase in after-tax income. Those in the 20% to 80% range would see a 1.7% increase.2

Note

The Tax Foundation indicated that those in the bottom 20% would only receive a 0.8% increase.

Trump's tax cut helped the rich way more than the average or poor.
I thought I explained that. If you pay more dollars, you save more dollars. It is math and it is NOT a preference when you have a graduated rate system.

Trump didn't have anything to do with the current way taxes are calculated. That is ENTIRELY on Congress so don't blame Trump. CONGRESS is responsible and is the body that needs to fix the tax system. Instead, they voted to hire 87,000!!!!!! more IRS agents. How many billionaires do we have in the US? Who are the other 86,300 new agents going to audit?

Do you think that Trump broke any law while he was President, or after. Not asking about Hillary, or Biden or Chester Arthur, just Trump.

You'll have to be more specific, the left threw everything at him from piss tapes to tax evasion.

Did he break the law with regards to the classified documents that were kept at Mara Lago? Remember this, a woman got 5 years for leaking a document to the news media, and justice was swift.

Either the IRS, the Muller commission, the FBI, BOTH impeachments, the CIA, and the NY Prosecutor, etc. are totally incompetent or no, he didn't commit any crime worthy of prosecuting. Every new bogus charge raises the hopes of the left and especially the media because if it bleeds, it leads. We've got him NOW!!!!! They can't pin anything on him so they've decided to hurt him in his pocket book by making him spend millions of dollars every year to defend himself from their made up charges and fishing expeditions. Boy they were sure they had them when they raided Mar a Largo. They forgot or elected to conveniently ignore the fact that as the President, he could declassify ANYTHING. All they wanted to do was to embarrass him and make Melania really pissed off at him by messing up her underwear drawer. Ask yourself why the FBI told the staff to turn OFF the cameras. Why didn't they want film of what they were doing? Was their plan to plant something actually incriminating???? Was that what the raid was for?

Other government officials such as Senators and VPs have limited authority to declassify that generally covers only things they personally classified and sometimes not even those. Therefore Joe Biden actually did commit a crime when he took home classified documents as Senator and as VP. As President, he doesn't retroactively get to declassify the documents. When he is out of office, he deserves to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, exactly as he would have done to Trump if he had a leg to stand on.

Open your eyes. If the IRS audits him, his business, his children, and many of his friends for good measure every year and finds nothing but trivia, then they are persecuting him. Are you audited every year? How would you feel about that?

Technically maybe, I don't think the DOJ wants to create a precedent in law where they could go after a former president for mishandling classified documents. The Democrats have already fallen victim to this type of shortsightedness.

Technically maybe
If a President has the authority to declassify any document, then what technicality are you referring to? Are you saying that the President does not have the ability to declassify anything he chooses to declassify? If there was ANY question whatsoever that Trump did not have the authority to declassify documents, why didn't the DOJ arrest him and charge him? Mishandling classified documents is a criminal offence with jail time. "They" would love to put Trump in jail and throw away the key but they can't because he, as the sitting president had the power to declassify whatever he wanted to and could do it however he wanted to. Trump's big mistake was not releasing the documents to the press while he was still in office. He said he was going to but he didn't. Really big mistake:( The DOJ knew they were never going to prosecute Trump for mishandling of classified documents, they wouldn't have a leg to stand on. The whole point of the Mar a Largo raid was to embarrass him and disrupt the 2022 election if possible.

What about Joe? Did he commit a crime when he took classified material to his various homes as a Senator and VP? You bet your sweet bippy he did. He had NO declassification authority for the papers he took. He can't be prosecuted while in office, but what are the chances of the DOJ picking him up as he leaves the podium on inauguration day? Slim to none because the Democrats don't believe it is a crime if one of their own does it and on the off chance that a Republican manages to overcome the cheating and win in 2024, he won't have the guts. Maybe it will be a she:) She will likely do it because the law is the law and it doesn't matter who you are, right?

If a President has the authority to declassify any document, then what technicality are you referring to?
I've looked to see where and when the docs were actually declassified, but so far I haven't seen where this happened. Trump has claimed he did declassify these docs. It might be a matter of semantics.

It does not matter whether they were classified or not. Read the presidential records act.
