Changing Font Color in a subform

I think this is simple, but I don't know. I have a database with a subform and I want to change the font color(ForeColor) to Red, but I can't.

You mean the font color of a field ( i.e. textbox). Go to design mode, select the field you want to change and set the Fore color property to the one you want.
If you mean changing the color of the form, go to design mode and set the back color property to the the one you like.

I did that, but the color does not change. When I open my main form with the subform, the color is the same. I want to change the texbox(font) to Red.

If you change any setting, be sure that you hit the save button.
