enquiry log in access 2007

Hi guys hope you can help

I am creating an enquiry log form.

is this possible for multiple users to use (or will it show as locked if someone else is already logged into database)

each time a new enquiry is logged i want the number to jump up one automatically, ie. 1, 2,3,4 and enquiry date to be automatic

then the person will fill in contact and address details

then a couple of questions for them to answer and if they answer yes i want them redirected to an excel spreadsheet ( is this possible) but once they are there, can they return back to the form and answer the rest of the questions and will i beable to record that they followed the link to the excel spreadsheet

When they have finished, i guess all the info will be stored in the underlying table

Yes possible tho dont try this at home if you have > 5-10 users

Yes you can interact with any office program no problem

I suppose so, never tried this... Depends on what they have to do in Excel, I guess.

That is ussually the point of having a database
