hey guys, im trying to design a database but i am still learning best practices. can anyone help? heres the data ill be collecting and how im going about it so far:
part 1:
one table will hold all Districts (each unique)
one table will hold all facilities in each district (each district can have several facilities)
one table will hold wards (each facility can have several wards)
Part 2:
I have a questionare that has several questions. each questionare will allow the user to select the district. once the district is selected, they will be prompted to select the appropriate facility, then ward. all answeres will be saved in a seperate table collecting the responses, districts, facilities, and wards.
whats the best way to structure the tables?
i am using access for my database
