I'm trading emails with some guy in Zambia right now. He's going to send me a bunch of money someday - as soon as he's done paying off some local officials with money I've been sending him. His dad was a prince or something. He seems like a really nice guy, maybe he could help you!

OK, Zambia I can understand. You might want to contact the Australian Embassy in Pretoria, or the Consulate in Johannesburg. But don't expect them to act too quick. If you are currently in Australia you'll find it a lot quicker to get the ball rolling from that side.
