The Entity diagram given at this link should work in any relational DB including Access

The diagrams really are not specific to any back end database. They are relational database models that shpuld be able to be applied with any RDBMS.

From Rabbie's first link:

Hotel Reservations
1) A Conceptual Data Model is shown below, and a correspnding Physical Data Model is available,
2) There is also a Popkin Model and a Dezign Model for which an Access Database is available.
3) The Business Rules have been defined.
