I was trying to open an ODBC linked table, but find "#Deleted' in all field columns. It only happens in my laptop. And it happens after Data adminstrator helps me to add additonal primary key to the table. Any ideas how to fix it ? Thanks

If the underlying Table Structure was changed to add or remove columns, then you probably need to refresh the Table Links. One way to do this is as follows:
Tools Menu --> Database Utilities --> Linked Table Manager
You can use the Linked Table Manager to refresh the Links and the problem could go away.

Thanks for the reply. I did try to drop the existing ODBC and create a new one. Then link the table to that new ODBC, but not working. Hope it works your way.

I did tried Msaccess Rookies solution, unfortunately it didn't work. The table still shows "#deleted' in all columns fields. I can work around with it by clicking on remove filter/sort every time I opened the table. I check table properties, and there is no filter there. Don't understand where this filter coming from. Any help will be appreciated
