Function Right in Conditional Formating

can You help me with this code for Con formating?

this function is the conditional formating my Pisa error "Syntax items matching is not valid"
formula "= Right ([teplota_prac] 3)"

yes it works, yet I had to change "," to ";"

The , or ; syntax appears to be language dependent, I've no idea which ones need which but we come across it in posts occasionally.
