good old-fashioned public sector inefficiency. the end result of un-motivated workers engaging with a cumbersome and inflexible process. IT and government never seem to mix that well, usually ends up being an expensive waste of time, money and effort. rant over! (we need a soapbox icon:eek: )

i guess this is the way motoring is going in the medium term. i reckon they still need 10-15 years to improve it so that it will sell on the mass market. 50mph is not really sufficient for everyday driving. an electric moped would be a better bet for me than an electric...

that's the big question. there are opportunities for development and the oil industry is still going to be producing for a fair few years yet. i think you'll be hearing a lot more of him for the next few years anyway!:D
